Carmen Bryan, 52, has reignited controversy over her nine-year affair with Jay-Z, speaking out and referencing past allegations against him.
In an Instagram post, she criticized fans for supporting him, quoting lyrics from Kanye West’s song “Monster.” Jay-Z has denied the claims, dismissing them as a “blackmail attempt.”
Carmen, who was involved with Jay-Z between 1995 and 2004, disclosed that she became pregnant during their relationship but suffered a miscarriage.
The affair ended after Jay-Z’s track “Supa Ugly” openly detailed their encounters, causing Carmen to lose respect for him.
Her relationship with Jay-Z also strained her engagement to Nas, the father of her daughter Destiny. In her memoir It’s No Secret, Carmen recounted the fallout and the moment she confessed the affair to Nas.
