On a cold night, a billionaire met a poor old man

“– On a cold night, a billionaire met a poor old man outside. He asked him, ‘Don’t you feel cold outside without a coat?’ The old man replied, ‘I don’t have one, but I’ve gotten used to it.’ The billionaire responded, ‘

Wait for me. I’ll go into my house and bring you one.’ The poor old man was so happy and said he would wait.

The billionaire went into his house but forgot about the old man.
In the morning, he remembered the poor man and went out to look for him, but he found him dead from the cold. The old man had left a NOTE:

‘When I didn’t have warm clothes, I had the strength to fight the cold because I was used to it. But when you promised to help me, I clung to your promise, and that took away my strength to endure.’

MORAL: Don’t make promises you can’t keep. It might mean nothing to you, but it could mean everything to someone else!”
