Chefs Genius Trick for Effortlessly

Ingredients:

Fresh eggs (as many as needed)

Water

Ice

Instructions:

Boiling the Eggs:

Arrange the eggs in a single layer at the bottom of a pot.

Add cold water, ensuring it covers the eggs by at least an inch.

Heat the water on high until it reaches a rapid boil.

Once boiling, cover the pot and turn off the heat.

Let the eggs sit in the hot water for 12 minutes for large eggs (adjust the time slightly for smaller or larger sizes).

    Cooling and Peeling:

Prepare a bowl filled with ice water.

Once the eggs are done cooking, immediately transfer them to the ice water and cool for at least 5 minutes.

Gently tap each egg on a hard surface to crack the shell. Start peeling from the wider end, where an air pocket is often located.

Rinse the peeled eggs under cold water to remove any remaining shell fragments or membrane.
