A major legal development has emerged involving a well-known reality television personality, as criminal charges have been filed in connection with a high-profile divorce dispute.
Lisa Hochstein, a cast member on The Real Housewives of Miami, is facing criminal charges in Miami-Dade County, alongside her ex-boyfriend, Jody Glidden.
According to court records, both Hochstein and Glidden have been charged with interception of wire, oral, or electronic communications. Prosecutors allege that between March 12 and March 31, 2023, the pair “unlawfully and intentionally” intercepted or attempted to intercept private conversations involving Hochstein’s ex-husband, Dr. Leonard “Lenny” Hochstein.

The case stems from a long-running and highly contentious divorce between Lisa and Lenny Hochstein, which began in 2022 and drew significant public attention. During the proceedings, Lenny accused Lisa of placing a listening device in his car to monitor his calls—claims she previously denied.
Jody Glidden, 52, was arrested now in connection with the charges, though he was later released. Hochstein faces the same charge but has not been reported as taken into custody.
Attorneys for both Hochstein and Glidden have pushed back against the allegations, arguing that the situation is tied to a “contentious divorce proceeding” and should not be handled as a criminal matter.

The case has reignited attention around the couple’s turbulent split and raised broader concerns about privacy, surveillance, and legal boundaries during high-stakes divorces.
Authorities have not yet announced a court date, and the investigation remains ongoing.
