12 US States Face Hazardous…

The National Weather Service (NWS) has issued winter storm warnings for 12 states, including Arkansas, Oklahoma, and Pennsylvania, as snow, ice, and strong winds create dangerous travel conditions.

A Winter Storm Warning is in effect from Thursday evening to Saturday morning in areas of East Arkansas, North Mississippi, and nearby regions, where 4 to 6 inches of snow and ice are expected.

Wind chills in West Virginia could drop to -15°F, with gusts reaching 50 mph. Travel is hazardous, especially on bridges and overpasses, and residents are urged to postpone trips if possible, carry emergency supplies, and stay informed about weather updates.

The storm could continue affecting areas until Saturday morning, so wearing warm clothing is essential to prevent frostbite or hypothermia.
